At Astute we strongly believe that individualised attention to ensure form and execution is fundamental to learning a new skill or correcting movement patterns. Not only is proper form important for your muscles to reap the most from every exercise, it also helps eliminate potential injuries. For this reason, we have a maximum of 5 people per class in order to tailor your program and maximise your results.
