Our Semi Private PT class is designed to assist you in achieving your goals efficiently. Our dedicated and experienced coach will guide you on an individualized and progressive program focused on improving your mobility, strength and cardiovascular fitness to ensure you achieve your desired outcome. Classes are strictly limited to 5 clients to maximize your time with our coach and exercise in a safe and controlled environment. An initial consultation with our coach is required to assess your suitability and determine your goals and current fitness level.

Our Semi Private Classes utilize all of our equipment including the Reformer, Cadillac, Wunda Chair, barrels and small apparatus. These classes take a maximum of 4 participants, with each client working on their own tailored exercise program under the supervision of one instructor. Initial consultation required prior to joining our semi private classes.

 

Outcomes include, but are not limited to, increased flexibility, core control, weight loss, muscle tone and improved posture. Our Semi Private classes can cater for injury rehabilitation and prevention, pathologies, pre and postnatal, as well as fit clients and advanced athletic conditioning.

Each class will work to balance all muscle groups’ strength and flexibility, with an emphasis on challenging the core muscles with each movement. Classes will blend the Classical Pilates Method with exercise variations and by using props and light weights.

 

These classes take a max of 10 participants, with each client working at their own level. Pilates mat is a challenging yet safe method to sculpt your body and to feel increased agility in your every day movements.
