All programs are delivered by qualified Exercise Physiologists or Physiotherapists, ensuring every session is safe, evidence-based, and tailored to you or your childs individual needs and goals.

Fundamentals of Strength Training
Perfect for those new to the gym or strength training. This program runs in line with the school term and is designed specifically for beginners. Participants are assessed for injury risk factors and guided through proper lifting technique, movement mechanics, and safe training principles. The goal is to build confidence, reduce injury risk, and establish a strong foundation for long-term success in strength training.

Youth Athletic Development
Progressive, age-appropriate programs for young athletes (ages 12–18). We focus on strength, coordination, agility, and injury resilience to build athletic potential and support long-term development.
Participants typically complete our Fundamentals of Strength Training program first to ensure a solid foundation. From there, they progress into small group training sessions led by our Exercise Physiologists or Physiotherapists. Each session is structured, individualised, high-quality, and delivered in a supportive environment to help young athletes thrive in their sport and training.
