At this time, CHSP funding in our region has reached its current capacity and is not immediately available for new clients.

However, we still encourage you to complete the eligibility assessment process through My Aged Care. Once assessed and approved, you can be placed on our waitlist. We will notify you as soon as additional funding or service capacity becomes available.

The Commonwealth Home Support Programme (CHSP) helps older Australians access entry-level support services to live independently and safely at home.

CHSP works with you to maintain your independence rather than doing things for you.

The first step is to book in an assessment, you can book in online here or Phone 1800 200 422 to book your My Aged Care Assessment.

Once you have been assessed and deemed eligible, you will be provided with service codes and we can then book you in for your first appointment.

What we have found is that most Australians over the age of 65 years are eligible to access services under the CHSP

Once you have your service codes you can then access any of the following services:

- Physiotherapy

- Exercise Physiology

- Clinical Reformer Pilates

- Strength & Rehabilitation Classes

The CHSP Program requires a contribution payment from participants.

The payment amount is $10 for each session attended, payable to our partner Phytness Pty Ltd.
