Mat Classes will work to balance all muscle groups strength and flexibility, with an emphasis on challenging the core muscles with each movement. Classes will blend the Classical Pilates Method with exercise variations and using props and light weights.
These classes take no more than 8 participants, with each client working at their own level. Pilates mat is a challenging yet safe method to sculpt your body and to feel increased agility in your every day movements.
Reformer classes are 45 minutes and a fantastic way to improve strength and flexibility whilst having fun. Using the Pilates Reformer machine you will work on balance, alignment, core strength and muscle tone. The Reformer machine adjusts to suit your individual strength and flexibility.
Within a supervised group class of no more than 4 people, you'll be guided through a varied routine every session. Some reformer classes are not suitable for pregnancy or injury, please inquire if unsure.
Our Studio Classes utilize all of our equipment including the Reformer, Cadillac, Wunda Chair, barrels and small apparatus. These classes take a maximum of 4 participants, with each client working on their own tailored exercise program under the supervision of one instructor. An Initial individual consultation is required prior to joining our Studio classes.
Outcomes include, but are not limited to, increased flexibility, core control, weight loss, muscle tone and improved posture. Our Studio classes can cater for injury rehabilitation and prevention, pathologies, pre and postnatal, as well as fit clients and advanced athletic conditioning.
