AMBER CLAY

Amber completed her studies at the University of Wollongong in 2015 and earned her accreditation as an Exercise Physiologist through Exercise and Sports Science Australia (ESSA). Since then, she has worked in private practice and the WorkCover sector, gaining experience with a wide variety of clients. Her commitment to expanding her expertise and skills makes her highly capable of helping individuals pursue a healthier lifestyle or effectively manage chronic or musculoskeletal conditions.


Amber is particularly dedicated to exploring how exercise affects mental health challenges and chronic pain, as well as providing rehabilitation for heart conditions and offering hydrotherapy and swim training for individuals with autism.


Outside of work, Amber enjoys engaging in creative and mindful activities like dance and yoga. She also leads an active lifestyle with her two young children, often spending time at the beach or park and going for bike rides.
